This is a small module based around the DS2413 IC which provides two inputs or outputs. It is available to purchase in our online store. 
(click on any photo to see a larger version) As well as the DS2413 IC the SWE4 has four resistors, four diodes, a capacitor, two transistors and various connectors. The PCB is 55x60mm. The RJ45 sockets overhang by around 2mm giving an overall module size of 55x62mm. The module is 20mm high. It allows connection to your 1-Wire network via either the RJ45 connector or screw terminals. The RJ45 connector is wired to the same standard pinout as all our modules (see here for details). Each channel can either be used as a switch input or an active low output (20mA max) or 5V active high output (up to 200mA if your 1-Wire bus can supply it). If you are using the SWE4 for inputs or for active low outputs it will run parasitically from the 1-Wire bus. If you intend to use the 5V output you will need to provide power. If you are using one of our RPI2 or RPI3 host adapters then you will already have power on the bus (but be careful not to overload it). If you are using a master that does not provide power, or you wish to draw higher currents you can use one of our SWE5 power injectors to feed power into your network. We're also now selling a relay module that will work well with the SWE4 and allow you to switch loads of up to 10A at 230V.
