Raspberry Pi Host Adapter - RPI2v1 This is a small module to provide an easy means of connecting 1-Wire devices to your Raspberry Pi. It is based around a DS2482-100 I2C to 1-Wire IC. It is available to purchase in our online store. Please note that in most cases you are likely to want the RPI2v2 module, not this one. The only exception will be if you're using an early Pi with the 26 pin GPIO header 
(click on any photo to see a larger version) As well as the DS2482-100 IC the RPI2 has a PCA9306 I2C level converter IC, a DS9503 ESD protection IC, three resistors and two capacitors. It allows connection to your 1-Wire network via either the RJ45 connector or screw terminals. The RJ45 connector is wired to the same standard pinout as all our modules (see here for details) and includes 5V power on pin 2 for any devices that require external power.
